Northwest Overview

Centennial Hills’ real estate sales began in 2000. These Las Vegas home sizes range from small, single-family houses to luxurious mansions, all of which are set in the rural setting of northwest Las Vegas. There are many recreational opportunities in an around Centennial Hills. Although Centennial Hills may be considered a rural area, it’s conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Many retailers are located in or around this area of Las Vega. Local highways provide easy access to all areas of the Las Vegas Valley.

Elkhorn Springs / Ranch

Developed by the builder DR Horton, Elkhorn Springs / Ranch community is conveniently located roughly one mile from US 95 and I-215 providing residents with convenient access out of the community. The Elkhorn communities consist of townhomes to larger estate sized homes. Built from some of the industry’s most popular floor-plans, this contemporary community is a favorite amongst buyers.

Lone Mountain

This community of homes is named for the Lone Mountain that is nearby. This mountain range is elevated about 600 feet above beautiful Las Vegas, providing residents with some of the most breath taking views of the city. Providence is a master planned community located on 1200 acres in Northwest Las Vegas, just off of the I215 beltway and Hualapai Road.
