North Las Vegas Overview

Located roughly 5 miles from “The Strip” the city of North Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. Fueled by some of the most affordable housing in the greater Las Vegas Area and home to both Nellis Air Force Base and the Las Vegas Speedway, North Las Vegas has become a very popular home destination.


Aliante

One of Las Vergas’s newest master-planned communities, Aliante is home to many of the newest and best Las Vegas builders. Nestled just south of the Sheep Mountain Range, this fabulous community features 3 unique pars for residents and guests. Combined, these parks make up 45 acres.

Aviary Park is located north of I-215 on the north side of the community. An active day is in store at this park with basketball courts, lighted soccer, baseball, and softball fields. Aviary Park also features a picnic and play area for children. The largest of the 3 parks is Nature Discovery Park at 20 acres. This park combines education with nature. Features include a playground, Water Park, and a tot lot for children. An exciting feature of Nature Discovery Park is the manmade lake with its breathtaking waterfalls. Lighted tennis courts, a volleyball stadium, and horseshoe pits are other attractions to the park. Deer Springs Park is the third park that is adjacent to a newly opened elementary school. The park shares the baseball and softball fields with the school and also features basketball courts and a picnic/play area.

Aliante is also home to the Aliante Golf Club. Set up as an 18 hole public course the green fess are very reasonable.

Recently the Aliante area has seen much construction including Aliante Station (a locals casino) which is state of the art, and houses a top of the line Cineplex featuring IMAX.


Eldorado Highlands

This beautiful master planned community by Pardee Homes was the first major planned development in North Las Vegas. Residents enjoy easy access to the 10 acre Eldorado community park, Floyd Lamb State Park and are just minutes from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, plus numerous other community parks and golf courses. Eldorado Highlands is also located just a few minutes from the I215 beltway, making getting around the valley a breeze.

All of the homes in the different Eldorado Highlands neighborhoods are Energy Smart, costing you less to run and maintain. The Horizon neighborhood offers one and two story homes with a two or three bay garage. With home sites averaging 6,000 sf, these homes have three to five bedrooms ranging in size from 2,027 sq ft to just over 3,000 sf. Homes feature dens, workshops, lofts or studios depending on the floor plan. Popular options on a per plan basis include a third garage bay, fireplace, dual ovens and a guest suite. The Northpointe neighborhood has four one and two story floor plans ranging from 2,321 sq ft to 3,861. Homes have two to six bedrooms with a two or three bay garage.


Los Prados

Designed around an 18 hole golf course, the Los Prados community is one of the first communities to cater to age-restricted residents. Although ˝ the community is age-restricted, many homes are not. With 24 hour guard gated security this beautiful and established community remains unique and highly desired.


Lynbrook

Located north of I215, the community of Lynbrook is very quiet and secure. Intersected in quadrants by Bradley Road & Farm Road, this small community features very popular floor plans and is now very close to much of the commercial construction now taking place off the I-215 corridor. A rarity in Las Vegas, it is not uncommon to see kids playing in the street and riding bikes in Lynbrook. Although not as well know as other master plans such as Aliante, Lynbrook remains a community work taking a look at!


Rancho Alta Mira

This well established neighborhood is sought after for its close proximity to shopping, schools, parks and entertainment facilities. The homes in the Rancho Alta Mira area boast larger lots, quaint and family friendly back yards, close nit neighborhoods and peaceful walks. Those that want to buy here often stay for a while and those that sell do well in the resale department. Close to both I-15 and I-95 this location is perfect for anyone who wants to get in and out of town with ease.
